Who we are
MLGatee is run by its co-founders, Reet Bhala and Atharva Bagade, based in India (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal information described here is used, and we are responsible for it. Write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
Your account. What the service you sign in with shares with us, such as your name, email address and profile picture, and which way you sign in (GitHub, Google or an email link).
Your models. The files you upload and what we read from them without running them: the framework, the package versions and the file size. Endpoint keys and access tokens are stored only as a hash and their last four characters.
How your models are used. Counts and timings per hour: calls, errors, answer times and wake-ups. We never record the inputs you send, the outputs your models return, your keys or request headers.
Your activity. Each model’s activity log (deploys, new versions, keys, pauses), and the builds you start, which count toward your limits.
Messages. Feedback and messages you send us.
Technical information. Our providers process IP addresses and similar connection details to deliver the service, keep it secure and limit abuse. The app uses cookies only to keep you signed in.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: your account, your models and their addresses (in the EU and UK, this is necessary for our contract with you).
To keep the service secure and fair: limits, abuse prevention and fixing problems (our legitimate interest in running a safe service).
To answer your messages and tell you about changes that affect your account.
To meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your models, their inputs or their outputs to train anything.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run the service. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their part of it:
Supabase: sign-in, the database and model file storage. Render: the servers that run each model. Cloudflare: this website, the app, the model addresses at api.mlgatee.com, and protection against abuse. An email delivery provider: sign-in emails. GitHub and Google: only if you choose to sign in with them.
When paid plans open, a payment provider will handle payments; we will name it here first.
Where it is processed
Our providers process information in the United States and other countries, which may differ from where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account information: while your account exists.
Model files: the files of each model’s three newest versions. Deleting a model removes its files and its server. A record that it existed, with its activity log, stays with your account.
Usage counts: about 35 days. Encrypted database backups: 30 days.
Messages: as long as needed to answer them and improve the service.
To delete your account and everything kept with it, write to [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Every model runs on its own server, model files are kept in private storage, and keys and tokens are stored only as hashes. See security.
Children
MLGatee is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We will post any update here with a new date. If a change matters for how we use your information, we will also tell you by email or in the app.
