Agreement
By creating an account or using MLGatee, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you may do so. You must be at least 18.
The service
MLGatee turns trained machine learning models into HTTPS addresses. It is a young service: features and limits may change, and the current ones are on the pricing page and in the docs.
We work to keep it running but don’t promise any level of availability. Free models sleep when idle and may be paused, so don’t rely on the free plan for anything critical.
The free plan
One model, files up to 50 MB, and a limited number of builds each day and month.
Each free model gets 50 awake hours per calendar month (UTC). After that it is paused until the 1st of the next month, when it starts again with the same address and key. A free model also sleeps after 15 minutes without calls.
The free plan shares capacity with every other free user. When that capacity is nearly used up, new free models or builds may be closed until the next month. Models that are already live keep working.
Opening several accounts to get around these limits is not allowed.
Your account
Keep your sign-in, endpoint keys and access tokens safe: anyone with a key can call your model. Keys and tokens are shown once; if one leaks, replace it in the app. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your models and data
You keep ownership of the models you deploy and of the data you send to them.
You give us permission to store your model files, read them without running them, build them and run them, only to provide the service to you.
You confirm you have the rights to deploy your models, and you are responsible for what they do and for how their answers are used.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
Don’t upload files designed to harm, such as malware or files built to run commands when they are loaded.
Don’t try to get around the service’s security or limits, reach other people’s models or data, or disrupt the platform, for example with mining, attacks or traffic meant to overload it.
Suspension and deletion
We may pause, suspend or delete models or accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and say why.
You can delete your models in the app at any time, and ask us at [email protected] to delete your account.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, the price and the billing terms will be shown before you pay.
No warranty
MLGatee is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say, including that it is error-free or uninterrupted, or that models will give correct answers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the larger of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of the country you live in that can’t be given up by agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If a change matters for how you use the service, we will also tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
